She recorded several walkthroughs, picked up my sister who lives in town so she could see the home I was interested in and give me her opinion, she quickly submitted an offer when I was ready, she worked closely with the listing agent, title company, and she even assisted me when I had to switch loan officers mid-contract. Amanda stayed in constant communication every step of the way. Her knowledge and attention to detail helped us stay on track and whenever there was an unexpected delay, she submitted the amendments in a timely manner so that everyone was in sync.
